The 4th Anhui Provincial Quality Innovation Skills Competition, with the theme of "Quality Education Integration to Cultivate Craftsmen, Reform and Innovation to Improve Quality and Efficiency," was held at the Lingbi County Party School of the Communist Party of China, hosted by the Anhui Provincial Quality Brand Promotion Association and guided by the Anhui Provincial Market Supervision Administration and the Anhui Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology from December 21 to 24, 2023.
The companies participating in this competition include the automotive and new energy industry, power and electrical industry, medical and home appliance industry, green environmental protection industry, and food industry. Among the 128 QC group competition topics selected by many well-known enterprises such as Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group, Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., State Grid Anhui Electric Power Co., Ltd., China Energy Construction Group, Gree Electric Appliances, Sunshine Power Supply, Anhui Tobacco Company, etc., our company's QC group project "Improving Resistor Fusing Performance and Reducing Customer Complaint Rate" won the third prize in the competition after two days of intense competition and achieved a good result.
Improving the melting performance of resistors and reducing customer complaint rates is a topic proposed by customers to meet European and American standards. The QC team fully utilizes the strengths of team members, uses advanced quality tools, and conscientiously organizes research activities to achieve the expected goals, playing a positive role in reducing quality costs and improving market competitiveness.
Through this competition, we have strengthened the cohesion of our group, improved our quality awareness and management level. At the same time, we have also learned some excellent quality management methods from enterprises, broadened our horizons, and laid a solid foundation for our subsequent quality management work and the continuous development of QC group activities.
